Shipping Costs
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on:

- Package weight
- Shipping method selected
Any applicable shipping fees will be displayed before you complete your purchase.
Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing tracking information (when available).
Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to become active.
Customs, Duties, and Taxes
For international orders, customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, VAT, or other fees imposed by their country's customs authorities.
AJ Customs is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance procedures.
Incorrect Shipping Addresses

If an incorrect address is provided and the order has already been shipped, AJ Customs is not responsible for lost packages or additional shipping charges required to resend the order.
Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages
AJ Customs is not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, or damaged after they have been marked as delivered by the shipping carrier.
If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include photos of the package and product.
