At AJ Customs, customer satisfaction is important to us. Please read this Return & Refund Policy carefully before making a purchase.

Returns

We accept returns within 7 days of delivery for eligible items.

To qualify for a return, the item must:

  • Be unused and unworn
  • Be in its original condition
  • Be returned in its original packaging
  • Include proof of purchase or order number

Items returned without prior approval may not be accepted.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Custom-made or personalized products
  • Items marked as final sale
  • Gift cards
  • Products that have been used, worn, washed, stained, damaged, altered, or improperly handled after delivery

Because many AJ Customs products are custom-designed, some items may not be eligible for return unless they arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Items Not Eligible for Return Due to Damage

Returns will not be accepted if the item has been damaged after delivery due to:

  • Misuse
  • Improper care
  • Washing or drying errors
  • Accidents
  • Normal wear and tear
  • Alterations or modifications made by the customer
  • Any damage not caused by AJ Customs or the shipping carrier

AJ Customs reserves the right to deny any return request if the returned item is found to be damaged, worn, washed, modified, stained, or otherwise not in its original condition.

Items returned in a damaged condition that was not caused during shipping or by a manufacturing defect are not eligible for a refund, replacement, or store credit.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Please include:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the issue
  • Clear photos showing the problem

If approved, we may offer a replacement, store credit, or refund at our discretion.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the status of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method.

Please allow:

  • 5–10 business days for processing
  • Additional time for your bank or payment provider to post the refund

Original shipping charges are generally non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Exchanges

We do not guarantee exchanges.

If you need a different size, color, or product, we recommend placing a new order after your return has been approved, if eligible.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless:

  • The item arrived damaged
  • The item was defective
  • The wrong item was shipped

We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as AJ Customs is not responsible for lost return shipments.

Order Cancellations

Orders may only be canceled before production or processing begins.

Once an order has entered production, customization, or shipment preparation, it cannot be canceled.

Chargebacks

Customers are encouraged to contact us first to resolve any concerns before initiating a chargeback through their payment provider.

Unauthorized or fraudulent chargebacks may be disputed with supporting order and delivery documentation.
